The AC provides the possibility to monitor the candidates in various different tasks in order to get a wide choice.

Personality characteristics and behaviour patters that are essential for specific occupations in a company e.g. the capability to handle conflicts, assertiveness and motivation can be monitored in various specific situations.
For this purpose it is absolutely necessary to create a realistic atmosphere in order to enable the candidates to present themselves authentically.

Assessment centres are normally organized for groups of 6 to 12 participants and take at least one day or two days. A group of observers monitor the candidates in the various tasks and observe the behaviour patterns and social skills. The conference of the observers at the end of the AC results in the consolidated output of all observers. |
