The recent success story was the implementation and realization of the so-called online Styrian job market “Steirische Jobbörse” together with the project team “Mittelpunkt Mensch” by governor Waltraud Klasnic.
From 2005 to 2007 we offered professional assistance in the project POP UP GEM (POlicy and PUblic Service Push Gender Mainstreaming).
We developed strategies in module 4 - „Quality of workplaces“ the implementation of a gender orientated corporate and personnel policy in companies (amongst others Peters Engineering Ltd, TCM International Ltd.)
Due to the results and experiences of the previous project JUST GEM, organizations of social partners, employer and AMS were coordinated and implemented equalization in operative personnel policy.
For this particularly the company processes recruiting, human resources development and personnel selection, variable-pay programmes and the re-entry (women after pregnancy) were examined and aligned with equalization of women and men.
